This makes quite the stunning tutu outfit. These designs are heat pressed designs. We use a commercial grade heat press. All images you see are in a digital format so may appear slightly brighter in the sample picture. Colors can vary slightly during the heat press processing. Care instructions will be mailed with outfit for shirt and tutu. 

This outfit comes with a coordinating detachable bow attached to a side clip. This is a Red with gold and silver dots pre-made tutu, sized to fit toddler girls size 2 to 7. This item has a stretch waistband from 8inches to approximately 14 inches. The tutu is 11inches in length. Please be advised that these tutus are short three later tutus, so I recommend wearing leggings, tights, or shorts underneath.

Shirt: These shirts are a heat pressed design. I use a very fine commercial grade transfer paper. NOT RECOMMENDED TO WEAR OR WASH PRIOR TO PARTY. These shirts designs are very delicate and once washed the coloring will fade into the shirt becoming permanent and might possible crack therefore colors will not be as vibrant.

THIS IS NOT A LONG TIME USE GARMENT IT'S MEANT TO BE AN EVENT TYPE GARMENT FOR THE BIRTHDAY PARTY.

Washing instructions for shirt: Turn shirt inside out for the best wash, wash on a cold gentle cycle NO BLEACH, hang dry for the best results
