 Free shipping is an option at checkouts but please note this is estimated delivery time frames. Estimated is just as it states ESTIMATED . I do offer guaranteed delivery options at checkouts and this would qualify for a return label for merchandise to be returned for a full refund.  All other orders  will not qualify for returns. Once items ships out I am not responsible for delays or lost or stolen packages. 

If you have selected free shipping at checkouts and merchandise is received 7 days after estimated delivery times on the order you can return unworn/unused merchandise to address below for full refund or partial refund. (Buyer is responsible) for shipping charges back to us. Always return merchandise with a tracking number. (PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM) ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE)

 IF YOU YOU CHOOSE ANY UPS DELIVERY AND LIVE IN AN APARTMENT OR CONDO TYPE LOCATION THEY MAY REQUIRE SOMEONE TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT PACKAGE. If you are not home during the day once shipping label is created you can contact UPS directly or log onto to their website and reroute any package to a drop off center. THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR APARTMENT/CONDO TYPE DELIVERIES. ONCE PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED You will need to file a claim with UPS for any consideration of refunds. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT AFTER DELIVERY.     

IF YOUR PACAKGE IS CLASSIFIED  TO A BUSINESS THERE IS A CHARGE TO CHANGE ADDRESS OF $18.00 that will need to be done by our company only.    

 International Shipping

We do offer shipping to selected countries at checkouts. Canada, Australia, New Zealand,  Most European countries, parts of Asia, Mexico and other selected countries. International shipping can range from 10 business days up to 2-3 weeks depending on the country you live in. Some countries may charge VAT taxes . It is up to the customer to know in advance if their country charges such taxes. These taxes are implemented by your country and has nothing to do with my store. SOME COUNTRIES DO RUN LONGER PLEASE BE PATIENT.I WILL GO OFF YOUR DATE NEEDED YOU LEAVE ON THE ORDER TO DETERMINE IF I WILL CONTINUE WITH THE ORDER.    

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the natural of custom made to order items being personalized we do not accept returns or exchanges. We have a detailed size chart for customers to select the correct size and each item that has customization has custom boxes to fill in name and select the birthday number . It's very important to fill all these out correctly as we can not take the merchandise back. If there are any errors made on our side we will be happy to replace or refund..
