  Instructions:

Print out the page of cupcake toppers ( card stock best) . Cut them out with however you choose to cut them. You can attach each one to a small thin stick or even a tooth pic attach with a light glue. Another option is to just lay each round topper on the frosting of each cupcake. THESE ARE NOT EDITABLE.... If you choose to layer these onto frosting make sure to tell guests eating them that they can not eat the toppers.
