Tutu is a one size fits newborn up to 24 months. It's aprox 14.5" inches in waist and will stretch to aprox 18" inch waist. Length for tutu is aprox 7.5 " . This is a 3 layer tutu. 

Tutu sizes for 24 months up to size 7/8 is aprox 11 inches in length and waist stretches up to 23 inches.
